The Saturday, 11/18/23, Symposium Workshop is meant to be a shared experience between OST Providers and the families they serve.  Limited seats available. Communities of Practice

Communities of Practice (COP) provide a place where our Cambridge Out-of-School-Time (OST) professionals come together to collectively explore, challenge and test ideas and practices arising in our OST work or professional lives with the support of an experienced facilitator. Do you want to pursue exploration of your OST practices and professional development needs?

It was great to see so many new faces at October COPs! There are no COPs in November, hoping to see everyone at the OST Symposium 11/14, 11/15, & 11/16. Join us in December: Quality Stewards Tuesday December 12th at 51 Inman Street Staff Leaders & Youth Workers Wednesday December 13th at Moses Youth Center Register here. Introduction to Activity Planning with Melina O'Grady Save the Date! Wednesday, December 6th 9:30am - 12:30pm Want to add to your activity planning skill set? Join us for an introductory training on Planning for Activities. We will review the Assessment of Program Practices Tool (APT) to explore planning quality activities that promote specific skills, stimulate thinking, encourage collaborative work, center youth voice, and spark curiosity.
