Need A Hotel?

We have a room block reserved at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Tulsa Downtown for September 9, 2024 through September 13, 2024. Book by: August 26, 2024. CLICK HERE TO BOOK YOUR ROOM.

However, the room block at the DoubleTree is very close to being sold out. Please call the DoubleTree to see if the block is sold out 918-587-8000. If the block is sold out, you can reach out to the hotel directly to secure a room out of the room block at a higher rate. While OML does not have room blocks, the following hotels are located close to the convention center.

Pre-Conference Workshop

Registration is now open for the Oklahoma Municipal League’s Annual Conference! This year Pre-Conference is scheduled for Tuesday, September 10th and the Annual Conference and Exposition will kick off September 11th-12th in Tulsa at the Cox Convention Center.

You can register for the conference at www.omlconference.org. Remember you will need your OML log in to get the member discount. If you do not know your username or password, please email claire@oml.org. Register by August 31st to receive the early bird rate of $230 for members and $350 for non-members. You may still register through Friday, September 2nd, but will not be eligible for the early-bird registration fee. After Friday, September 2nd, please plan to register on-site at the conference registration booth in the Exhibit Hall at the Cox Business Center. Please note that registration fees after August 31st and on-site will be at the higher rate of $340.
