IN-N-OUT
Order IN-N-OUT HERE! If you have multiple children who will participate in this lunch option, you will need to complete a separate form per child. Cost is $63.00 per student for the year, and your payment will be processed through FACTS as orders are received. Please choose one item for your child for the year. Lunch includes a bag of chips, but NO drink will be provided.

IMMUNIZATIONS
All kindergarteners, 7th graders and new students are required to submit proof of immunizations per the state of California. If you received an email that your child is missing one or more immunizations, please submit proof of immunizations before September 30. Not complying with immunization requirements can result in a student being unable to return to school. We appreciate your prompt attention to this matter.

Calling all 4th and 5th Grade Readers!
OLQA’s Battle of the Books Program is intended to ignite a love for reading while practicing the skills of reading comprehension and discussion. Our introductory “BOB” meeting will be Tuesday, Sept. 10th, at 7:30 a.m. in the science lab. All interested students are welcome! We're also looking for parent volunteers to help make this program a success! Please email Janet Hathaway at janethathaway@hotmail.com if you’d like to help AND earn some service hours! DONATE PRIZES!
When students participate in the Fall Festival activities, they will receive a ticket they can drop into a pumpkin for a chance to win a prize. The DJ will pull winners throughout the event. If you would like to donate prizes, we are seeking items valued at $20 or more, such as stuffed animals, toys, games, sports equipment and gifts cards to Jack's Surfboards, Target, Amazon, Islands, In N Out, Chick-fil-A and more. Parents will earn one volunteer hour for shopping for prizes. Kindly drop off or send donated prizes to the school office before September 20.

OLQA PTO is proud to host a second evening with Dr. Jerry Weichman, a popular parenting coach and adolescent psychologist on Wednesday, September 18 at 5:30 p.m. in the AAC. Parents: be sure to attend this important event discussing THE WIRED CHILD: How Screen Time is Changing The Way Children Think and Focus.

The OLQA Parish has offered the Alpha program for parishioners for the past couple of years. Now, the Parish hopes to start an Alpha program just for school parents. OLQA ALTAR SERVER TEAM
Becoming a Altar Server is a unique opportunity for students to practice leadership and teamwork skills. No prior experience is necessary, but servers must have already received Baptism and First Holy Communion. Training for the 2024/25 school year will take place during the month of October 2024 only.
