OLP PARENT ROSARY: Please join fellow parents in saying the rosary in the Church space on Friday, January 19 and Thursday, January 25. We will pray the rosary promptly at 2:35 p.m. This will leave you plenty of time to pick up your child in the gym. If you have questions, contact Kristine Wheeler at 816-916-3119.

School Access During Drills

Once per quarter the school will conduct a fire, tornado and lockdown drill. These can take 3-5 minutes. During these drills parents will not have access to the school building. If you arrive to sign out your student for an appointment or to sign them in, you will need to wait until the drill has been completed before being admitted. Thank you for your understanding.

What is National Catholic Schools Week?

Since 1974, National Catholic Schools Week annually celebrates Catholic education in the United States. It begins the last Sunday in January and runs all week, which in 2024 is January 28 – February 3. The theme for National Catholic Schools Week 2024 is “Catholic Schools: United in Faith and Community.” Throughout the week we will focus on the value Catholic education provides to students and its contributions to our church and community.

JANUARY 28-FEBRUARY 2

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED: Volunteers needed for Catholic Schools Week (CSW). Please use the link below to volunteer to assist. The more help, the better CSW is for students and staff. Volunteers must be Virtus trained.

HAVE A KINDERGARTENER IN 2024?:

Current families with an incoming kindergartener for the 2024-25 school year should contact the school office. This helps us determine how many open spots we have for new families. Current families are not required to attend Kindergarten Info Night, but feel free to share the information with others you know who may be interested in Catholic school for their kindergartener next school year.
