In accordance with state and federal guidance, the Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA) is recommending that all group gatherings or activities, which may include supportive service programs monitored by OHFA, be suspended at OHFA-financed properties. This recommendation is being provided in response to concerns related to Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) to ensure the safety of property residents and their staff. We strongly recommend that you follow guidance provided by the State of Ohio, the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and any subsequent guidance provided by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and the Internal Revenue Service (IRS).
