Effective Monday, March 16, 2020, the Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA) will suspend all Physical Inspections for LIHTC, HOME, NHTF, OHTF, 811 PRA, FAF and CIP projects until further notice. This action is being taken in response to concerns related to Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) to ensure the safety of tenants and OHFA staff. OHFA will continue to monitor the situation and provide updates as circumstances change.
Effective Monday, March 16, 2020, OHFA will transition to Desktop Monitoring of Tenant Files until further notice. Tenant Files will be audited electronically through a secure upload in the OHFA Inspection system. Please stay tuned for instructions on how to upload your tenant files and which forms and documents must be included.
