The 2010 4th Quarter CMS release covers 23 OASIS-C specific questions, including instruction related to: 

  • Clinical vs. Standardized Pressure Ulcer Risk Assessments

  • Impact of sutures on Surgical Wound reporting

  • Reporting Medication follow-up when multiple medication issues are identified

  • Reporting Therapy Need when expected and ordered visits differ
