OC Women in Business Forum

Register for Emergency Communications Tools

In light of the Airport Fire, the City is reminding businesses and residents to stay on top of essential news and information by registering for Nixle, a reliable emergency communications tool that allows you to receive time-sensitive information from the City of Laguna Niguel.


By signing up, you can receive critical emergency situations such as significant safety hazards, evacuations, security threats and more. Nixle provides an open communication forum that connects public safety and municipalities to schools, businesses, and communities. Nixle enables real-time emergency communication through text, email, voice messages, and the Nixle mobile app.

Have You Registered with AlertOC?

AlertOC is a mass notification system designed to keep Orange County residents and businesses informed of emergencies that may require immediate lifesaving actions.

By registering with AlertOC, time-sensitive voice messages from the County or City in which you live or work may be sent to your home, cell, or business phone. Text messages may also be sent to cell phones.

AlertOC can send out messages to email accounts and TTY devices as well. AlertOC is operated by the County of Orange in collaboration with local cities including Laguna Niguel.
