A Note from Alicia

Things are warming up outside and I AM LOVING IT!  Summer officially begins on June 20th, the longest day and shortest night of the year.  It's also the "halfway point" of 2012.  Where are you in relation to your goals for the year?

I am taking stock, congratulating myself for what I have accomplished,  making a plan of action for the next 6 months, and gathering my support system around me to help me all along the way.  It has taken me some time to do this, but knowing where I'm going helps me get there- and all this from a woman who used to avoid planning at all
cost!

I realized a couple of years ago that my "to-do list" in this lifetime is pretty hefty.  If I plan on making a dent in it, I need to get going already!   I'm planning some great things to unveil to all of you, and I am working diligently to get things "just right".  More is on it's way to you very soon.

Stay tuned for new class offerings including dehydrator recipes and longer raw food workshops.  While I'm in the planning stage, let me know what you are wanting to learn about raw foods.  What questions do you have? What do you want to learn?  Where do you get tripped up or confused?

You can email me at:  ecstaticwellbeing@yahoo.com and I promise to take your requests and questions to heart.  I'm here for all of you!  So don't hesitate to voice your needs, your curiosities and your heart's desires.

Happy summer to all!

Food Focus:  Fruit
raspberries

A healthy lifestyle is the key to longevity optimum weight, abundant energy and balance. By using fruit to satisfy our taste for sweetness, we can leave behind the use of chemical, processed and refined sweeteners. Fruits are easy to digest, are cleansing and cooling and are great for those of us who become overstressed and overheated from excessive mental strain or hot climates.  Fruits are filled with fiber and liver stimulants, which act as natural, gentle laxatives.  And aren't the colors so pretty, too??

Are You Curious How Health & Nutrition Coaching Can Help You Meet Your Health Goals?
The truth is, most people know what they need to be doing to improve their health.  The questions is, why aren't they doing it?  This is where the support of a health coach can really help you reach and maintain your goals.

I never thought a "coach" was something I needed.  But as my dreams and goals became bigger, I realized I needed guidance and support to figure out how to get to where I wanted to be.  I also needed someone to be accountable to- otherwise, I knew I might not actually meet the vision I had for myself.

As a health and nutrition coach, it is my joy and honor to serve the greatness in others.  If you're curious about how health and nutrition coaching can support you, please contact me for a free 30-minute strategy session.  We'll focus in on your greatest health concerns and goals, and what it's costing you to not address them now.  We will also discover if we're a good match for working together to empower you toward the greatest version of yourself.

If you know of someone who is looking for a guest speaker or educator, please think of me.  It would be my great pleasure to share my passion and expertise in the field of health, nutrition and raw foods.  Do you know of someone who might enjoy reading this newsletter?  Please feel free to forward it to them.
