 This is our second week back at market.  Once known as 

"cole's lake cheese", we won several first place ribbons at the American Dairy Goat Association competition last summer and ultimately

 going up against many other cheeses from California to Vermont.
Now we have a new name but the same loved cheese. 

We will have our Fantastic Feta, and fresh chevre either plain, savory with herbs, or sweet fruit flavors.

Jacque has chef and restaurant manager experience and is the son of a farming family.  Nancy loves to cook as well and shares her ideas for quick and easy meals. She also writes of our farm and is working on a book.  We've been farming in Bowdon for 6 years.
