Creativebug offers a variety of classes and tutorials. Learn everything from how to sew a button to canning food to upcycling clothing. It's free with your Howe Library card.

Save the Date for the Summer Reading Program

Our Summer Reading Program kicks off on June 22 and 23.

Kids and teens get a free Summer Reading Program T-shirt when they register and pick up a reading log. The first 100 kids who register will get a coupon for a free slice of pizza!

Why should kids and teens have all the fun? Adults who complete this year's challenge can get a free scoop of ice cream and be entered into our raffle.

Now on YouTube: The Impact of Deer

The second program in the Declining Biodiversity in Upper Valley Forests series, The Impact of Deer, is now on YouTube.

Join us for the third and final program in this series on Wednesday, May 22 at 6:00 p.m., which focuses on invasive plants.

On View in the Ledyard Gallery in May: 55+ Art Show

The annual 55+ Art Show is on view until May 29 in the Ledyard Gallery. You'll see work in a variety of mediums created by local amateur artists who are 55 and older.

Coming up in June: Breaking Some Rules: An Exhibit by Elizabeth Ricketson.
