Kettlebells can be seen in different forms throughout history and across the world. From Russia to China variations of kettlebells have become a part of fitness routines through the ages.

Kettlebells are cast iron balls with a handle attached to the top of it. They are typically used for exercises that benefit cardiovascular strength, flexibility, and weight training.

Boot Camp

A Bachelorette Boot Camp work out can create positive memories and set your group up for the best endorphin high of the weekend.

Before your night out or morning after, Club 100 Trainer Rosie Cowen can customize an hour long workout for your tribe. From a Spin themed Bride Ride to a TRX Obstacle Course, all activities would be private and in our incredible boutique studio at Tahoe Club 100.

Rosie can also customize private group training sessions for Birthday Parties, Reunions and Special Celebrations, or even for Team Building at your office. Nothing beats a good sweat session to engage a group and bring in some strategic team building. All levels welcome.

48th Annual Soroptimist of Lake Tahoe, Wine & Tasting Fundraising Event

“An Evening of Food Wine & Beer Tasting” raises money to fund the many projects and programs sponsored by Soroptimist International of South Lake Tahoe. All proceeds are directed back into our community through educational scholarships, youth activity sponsorships and grants to organizations.

The event is held at Mont Bleu Casino and Resort on Friday November 9th from 6-9pm. Get Your tickets now. Be sure to look out for the Tahoe Club 100 gift basket in the silent auction.
