Things to Know

Federal Grant Awarded to Nassau County


Congrats! The St. Johns River Rural Health Network was awarded the HRSA Rural Communities Opioid Response Program – Neonatal Abstinence Syndrome (RCORP-NAS) grant in August 2023. This $1,500,000 grant will go toward a three-year program to reduce the impact of NAS in Nassau County.

St. Johns County Survey for INK!


Investing in Kids (INK!) and the St. Johns Behavioral Health Consortium have partnered with HPCNEF to launch a county-wide Comprehensive Needs Assessment focused on mental health and well-being. St. Johns County residents are encouraged to complete a short survey on mental health, substance abuse, and the quality of life in their county.

Clay County CHA Published


The Clay County Health Assessment (CHA) has reached its final stage and is currently being shared with stakeholders and residents. A heartfelt thank you to all who contributed! The County Health Improvement Plan (CHIP) is now in progress, with an expected completion date of January 2025.
