Holiday Mystery Shopping

The Holidays are finally here. This means lots of fun shopping and a busy schedule. 

Keep organized by inputting the dates/times of your mystery shops into your calendar and setting up reminders for yourself. You'll want to make sure you're following through with all of your mystery shops to keep your rating up. 

If your shop doesn't have specific hours to shop and you are able to choose any time they are open, avoid going during busy times. This way you avoid large crowds and the employees aren't as overwhelmed.

Get groceries for Holiday meals. Not only are you paid to conduct each evaluation, but you are also reimbursed up to a certain amount per shop. Feeding your family and earning money by doing so is a win-win!

Scheduling Tips

1} When you have reached your request limit on the site, we encourage you to give us a call. We would be more than happy to schedule you to more, if possible. 

2} If you request a shop and it reads the date is not available, the shop is still available, you just have to pick a different date. Please call our Schedulers to see when the next available date is and they can override the system from their end. 
Quality Control Tips
1} Please make sure your receipts are clear and showing critical information, such as: address, date/time and purchase amounts.  If you ever have trouble uploading a receipt to your report please email it to our team and give us a call to make sure it was received.

2} When entering receipt amounts into your form, please use numbers and decimals only. Dollar {$} signs do not work and will leave your reimbursement amount blank.
 
3} When typing your comments, please do not write in all lower or upper case letters.  Please write in complete sentences.  Please do not use acronyms or internet slang as you would in a text message. These reports are reviewed by our clients so the information must be submitted in a professional and acceptable manner. 

4} Please put periods at the end of your sentences. 
Q&A

How do we know you are a legitimate Business?
 
You can check our legitimacy by visiting the MSPA website.
 
We are listed as one of the MSPA "Member Companies", under "Business Evaluation Services"
 
To be a member, there is an extensive form that's filled out and fully verified by the MSPA.
 
Some things included are:
  • Proof of Business (i.e. articles of incorporation, insurance records, or business license)      
  • Three client references (complete with company name, contact name, email and phone number.) 
  • List of all business owners.
 
We also agree to the MSPA-NA Code of Ethics and Professional Standards.
