, an incubator focused on helping early-stage food processors and manufacturers from Toronto and the Golden Horseshoe grow their business - moving food entrepreneurs' ideas from concept to shelf.

The impressive line-up of distinguished speakers covered plenty over the two days, including how Canada's agricultural productivity actually stands to increase due to climate change, giving Canada the opportunity to be a major player in a global solution to food security and climate change. Once again Ontario has recognized and celebrated local agri-food innovators whose ideas and projects are strengthening the province's agri-food sector.
The regional recipients of the 2015 Premier's Award for Agri-Food Innovation Excellence were honoured earlier this month for their contributions to the creation of new products, adding value to existing products, supporting a sustainable environment, helping support job creation, and boosting economic growth in Ontario
