Emails and calls I receive from readers typically start out the same way.
'Hi Eric I've been getting your emails for a few years now and I think we should talk.'
Lately the message has more often been this. (Remember a few years have typically gone by since our first contact.)
'Eric last time we talked you offered some thoughts on growing and increasing company value before going to market to sell. Well I listened and have grown and now we need to talk.'
In some cases they have grown 1x, 2x, 3x or even 4x in profitable annual sales. That really adds up when it comes to determining the selling price.
