Students soak up nature during 2023 Eco Week trips

The tradition of EcoWeek trips for fifth-grade students from numerous schools across Poudre School District is one that students look forward to throughout their time in elementary school. The trips give students two or more days away from home to immerse themselves in nature at the Colorado State University Mountain Campus, Estes Park YMCA, or Camp Timberline. Beyond learning about science and history in hands-on ways, students learn confidence, leadership, and teamwork.
