Pursuant to Section 3.5(A) and 3.5(B) of the Amended and Restated Bylaws of Central Union Church, Notice is hereby given that the Annual Member and Budget Meeting will be held on Sunday, September 8, 2024, at 11 AM in the Parish Hall for the purpose of:

Approving the Minutes of the May 21, 2023 Annual Member Meeting, the Minutes of June 25, 2023 Special Meeting of the Members, and the Minutes of the August 27, 2023 Annual Budget Meeting;

Approving our Budget for the new fiscal year (August 1, 2024 to July 31, 2025);

Receiving reports from the Treasurer of the Council, the Chair of the Council, and the Senior Minister; and
-
Electing new officers and members of the Council. (View July's issue of The Spire for more information on the nominees.)
A quorum of 100 Members is required to conduct the Church’s business at this Meeting so please make your attendance (in person or via Zoom) a priority. Every Member participating in person or via Zoom shall have the right to vote at the Meeting.
More detailed information and materials regarding the Annual Member and Budget Meeting will be provided in subsequent communications but please mark your calendars now and try to make your attendance at this important meeting a priority (either in-person or via zoom). Thank you.
