This training program was developed by individuals with Lived Experience of Homelessness for service providers. It incorporates invaluable perspectives to foster empathy and enhance the effectiveness of service delivery. It was designed to be all-encompassing, the training covers an extensive array of subjects, ranging from understanding and mitigating stigma to identifying and addressing inherent biases.
