Boo Bash vendor applications, sponsorships now available

The Village will host its annual Downtown Tinley Boo Bash from noon to 4 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 27 in the north parking lot at the Oak Park Avenue train station, 6700 South St., and is looking for vendors and sponsors!


Trending to draw more than 7,500 people, this event is a great way to promote your business to hundreds of local families. Activities will include a DJ, games, bounce houses, a magician, food and more.


There are four $600 Presenting Sponsorships and multiple $150 Business BOOth Sponsorships available. See the Sponsorship Opportunities form to get involved!


Vendor applications will be open to Tinley Park businesses only through Sept. 20, after which time all businesses can apply. The vendor fee of $250 includes space at the event and electricity. See the Vendor Application for more information.

Village seeking Holiday Market

Applications are now available to become a vendor for the 18th annual Tinley Park Holiday Market from December 6 to 8 in picturesque Downtown Tinley. Vendors with personalized, holiday-themed and hand-crafted items will be given preference. Applications with pictures are due by Oct. 4, and applicants will be notified regarding status by Oct. 18.


Even if you're not interested in becoming a vendor, you can still take advantage of the many Holiday Market sponsorship opportunities available. The Holiday Market is a popular event that attracts approximately 15,000-20,000 visitors over the three-day event. It's a great opportunity to market your business to thousands of Tinley Park and south suburban residents this holiday season!

Amazon Fresh hosts ribbon-cutting

Amazon recently held a ribbon-cutting ceremony and grand opening for its new Amazon Fresh store at 16017 S. Harlem Ave., Tinley Park.

Will County offering summer internship

The Will County Center for Economic Development (CED) is coordinating the Will County Summer Internship Program for summer 2025.


The paid internship program is open to all Tinley Park businesses and is designed to give Will County high school students opportunities to discover career paths, provide a valuable resume-building experience, and establish community connections for both businesses and students.


The Will County CED is hosting an informational breakfast for interested organizations from 7:30 to 9 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 5 at the Joliet Township High School Administrative Building, 300 Caterpillar Drive, Joliet. The deadline for businesses to sign up for the program is Nov. 15.
