CARES Act | SBA Small Business Loans
March 27, 2020 | Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act , provides $376B in relief for American workers and small businesses. See  SBA’s Local Assistance Directory for help.

April 6, 2020 | Federal Reserve will establish a facility to facilitate lending to small businesses via SBA's Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) by providing term financing backed by PPP loans.

April 7, 2020 | Secretary Mnuchin spoke with Congressional leaders to secure an additional $250B for small businesses.

Enables small businesses who currently have a business relationship with an SBA Express Lender to access up to $25,000 quickly. 

The SBA is providing a financial reprieve to small businesses during the COVID-19 pandemic.
U.S. DOL Paid Sick Leave Guidance | NFIB Fact Sheet
Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA) | U.S. DOL released the first round of guidance  and  required posters  for new paid leave mandates enacted by Congress in response to the coronavirus crisis. E ffective from April 1, 2020 through December 31, 2020.
