Dear Local Business Owner:

Every year the business and professional community of the Bay Minette area provides financial support to the Bay Minette Rotary Club for the annual July 4th spectacular that delights the hearts of everyone in our community! The contributions received last year made the 2023 celebration one of the best yet.

The Rotary Club is very grateful for your generosity and hopes that you will continue your donation or even consider increasing it. In this unprecedented year in which many communities have chosen to forgo their normal 4^th of July fireworks, we still plan to have our display this year. And again, we need your help now more than ever to ensure that the display that we all enjoy can continue to be a highlight of our celebration.  Remember that no contribution is too small but the bigger the check the bigger the bang!

This year the fireworks will be shot from the Baldwin County High School soccer field, adjacent to the new City of Bay Minette softball complex, and this year’s event will again be held on July 3. Due to the high cost of the fireworks quoted by the vendor, the Rotary Club has opted to move the display to Wednesday, July 3. Fireworks will begin at first dark.

The Rotary Club will supply any receipts, invoices or other paperwork your bookkeeper or auditor may require - just let us know your needs. We appreciate and thank you for your support!
