Well, what do you know? No really. I mean what do you know for sure?
Sometimes committing to an idea or making a choice can be about as hard as finding a lentil in a Texas rib shack. “I dunno” is a cop out, as you know, but it's hard to nail your colours to the mast when all you have is a rubber dinghy with a hole in it.
Not having the foggiest is a limbo land of nothingness; a comfort zone which will nosh away years of your life with indecision and ultimately regret.
We feel unsure, shaken, confused or even scared when confronted by decisions that can change our lives. Some people even agonise over sandwich fillings let alone whether they should freeze their eggs, marry someone who “twerks” to Cliff Richard or go for that promotion which would mean more money but zero life.
Perhaps waiting another year to have a baby is best when you’ve got more money; and, besides, the moon is the seventh house and you’ve only just discovered the joys of espresso martinis.
Who can decide? Will you decide when your partner leaves you? Are you waiting for an external prompt then you can absolve yourself from responsibility?

Life decisions are what define the passengers from the pilots. Do you sit back and let life happen to you or do you drive your own destiny? I know which option I prefer. I don’t want to leave my chances to other people, the Met office or fear-based procrastination. Do you? Don't overthink it…
