Hello and happy Friday from our favorite resort town, Whistler BC. As always, here is what has been going on in the Whistler and Pemberton markets this past week.
Over the past week, Whistler saw a total of 16 new listings hit the market and five new properties were listed in Pemberton. In the same time period, Whistler saw 10 sales registered and one new sale was recorded in Pemberton.
What about the latest price improvements for both Whistler and Pemberton markets, you ask? In Whistler, eight properties saw their list price revised and five listings in Pemberton saw their price changed.
Total Current Inventory : Whistler's total inventory remains stable with 326 properties for sale. This includes Phase I shared ownerships in complexes such as Legends and Evolution.
Meanwhile, a total of 92 listings make up the Pemberton market.
For clarification these totals do NOT include mobile homes, parking stalls, timeshares or WHA.
This week's Featured Listing is located in Whistler Cay Heights in a very sought after area of town with many long term locals living or weekending in the neighborhood. I had the chance to show this property earlier this year and it is now back on the market. Take a look and see all the details below!
