Dear Valued ARINCDirect Customers, 

We are excited to announce a new feature available within NextGen Flight Planning: 

• Custom Route, including the ability to save, edit, and delete a Custom Route 

In this release, the ability to manually enter a custom route from the custom route box is included, as well as the ability to edit an existing custom route via the route pane. This incorporates all of the components of a unique route structure such as changing a flight level or cruise mode within the route string and adding in 5, 11, and 15-character lat/longs. We have improved the workflow allowing you to now see any Eurocontrol or flight planning errors before adding the custom route to the route pane.  

A future release for custom route will incorporate the ability to edit an existing route using an improved drag-and-drop feature via the map.
