The Pollinators Will Come
June 6 from 7-8:30 p.m. at Lost Corner Preserve
| | |
Many of us live in spaces with green lawns and ornamental flowers and plants. While beautiful, this type of landscaping is designed to give us pleasure, but not to nourish and sustain native wildlife. Leslie Inman from Pollinator Friendly Yards had this type of carefully manicured yard. As she learned more about the decline of pollinators, she began to transform her yard to attract wildlife. Join us as Leslie shares her journey with us and gives us advice and tips to create inviting spaces for butterflies, bees, birds, and all native wildlife! Please register for this free event so we know how many to expect. Donations to FOLC appreciated.
