100 apartments and hotel planned next to St. Vincent de Paul thrift store in Lincoln Heights
Lincoln Heights— A 100-unit apartment complex and extended-stay hotel have been proposed for a site about three blocks from the L.A. River and across the street from the popular St. Vincent de Paul thrift store, according to a filing with the Planning Department.
The development is one of several large proposed projects that would transform the mostly industrial area with new residences and commercial spaces. READ MORE
