Township Committee

Tuesday, July 9: combined Workshop at 7 p.m. and Official Meeting at 8 p.m.

Thank you to our Department of Public Works, Police Department, Fire Department and other Township professionals who responded overnight to the major storm that hit our community Wednesday evening. Tree damage, road closures and downed power lines had many of our public servants on duty from 9 p.m. well into the next day to keep us safe. We are fortunate to have this talented team that works hard every day and rises to meet these challenging conditions.

I'd also like to thank PSE&G, which had professionals in Cranford immediately following the storm responding to electrical outages and damaged power lines. As a reminder, to report power outages, you can visit https://nj.pseg.com/outageandgasleaks. To report downed trees or tree limbs, please contact the Cranford Police Department non-emergency line at (908) 272-2222.
