Happy Independence Day!

Our offices will be closed on July 4, 2023 in observance of the Independence Day holiday. We will resume normal business hours the following day on July 5, 2023. Have a wonderful and safe holiday!

Thank You Big Island!

The AICMC Team flew out to the Big Island this past weekend. We want to send a special Thank You to those who took the time out of their busy schedules to meet with us! A huge Thank You to Ms. Esther Skinner for spending basically the entire weekend gallivanting with us. We had so much fun! We appreciate each and everyone of you! We look forward to meeting with everyone else on the remaining outer islands!

The AICMC Team will continue to send out document requests for our Annual Audit. If you have received any requests (via fax or email), friendly reminder to please send the required documents ASAP. If you have any further questions regarding the request you received, please contact the AICMC Team member listed on the request. We appreciate your cooperation regarding this matter.

Adverse Events

Friendly reminder: When submitting AE, please be sure to attach the After Visit Summary. This document is required for processing purposes. If client has been admitted to the hospital/facility, please include the Admitting Diagnosis. Upon discharge, please make sure to submit the Discharge Summary.

Friendly reminder to please leave only one (1) voicemail a day. Allow at least 24 - 48 hours for a return call. Our business hours are from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm (closed between 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm daily for lunch).
