Stay the Course and Don't Quit |
 The past Month has had an underlying theme of staying the Course when facing adversity. In our Daily Devotion we have passed through the book of Esther and we see Mordecia and Esther's faith as their persistence led them to deliverance. Our Online Church Service also carried the theme to Keep Calm and Carry On. Looking around it seems the enemy is winning the battle but I have read the Book and we Win in the end. Just knowing we win is not enough as we need to follow the examples placed before us and press on even though we see multitudes are going astray. Even though many are going astray we have the Answers to their Questions and Problems that will arise in a sinful lifestyle and a lost condition. Many are looking, many are coming to Christ. Please don't get discourage, keep praying, keep giving, keep sharing, and stand where the Lord has you to serve - even if you stand alone. |

To Everyone's Efforts as Your Labor is not in Vain: |
 "Thank You," for the total team effort that produced another good volume month. We are still on course for our goal of 4 million web hits this year. A good report of Souls Saved, Bibles Distributed, Devotions Emailed, Web Hits, Bibles Downloaded, Audio Bibles Accessed, and Online Bible Accessed. Thanks again, for everyone who Prayed, Supplied Funds, Made Visits, Answered Emails, Placed Phone Calls, Provided Bibles, Delivered Bibles, and Shared the Gospel. Your labor is not in vain as I receive mail every day of souls being saved and lives being changed. Let us be encouraged to press to the mark of continuing in the Lord, to do His Will, and His Work in these last days. |
In May we continued with the automation of our Bible Requests. This project is massive and I pray we can finish it in a year. We have faced many obstacles but are making progress. We will launch our new website at the time you receive this email. A new domain, www.USBibleSociety.com will accompany our www.bibles4free.com site. you will be able to go between the two sites. The new site was needed to hold the automation software for Bible Requests as we build it. The new site has a great new look with many bells and whistles that we will add. It has a new online Bible that you can download, study, chat, and even take notes. The Lord also gave us a new Toll Free Phone # (855)524-2537 which spells (855)5Bi-bles or even (85K)JBi-bles. The new system comes with an Automated Receptionist so we wont miss any calls. All these improvements come with a increase of $60 to our monthly budget. We are trusting the Lord to touch the heart of one of our supporters to make up the difference. Other than the local Church I can't think of better place to invest in the souls of men than the United States Bible Society.  Working through automating our Bible Request Search and Placement. Now with the automated grid in place and the website in place, we will start the process of contacting thousands of Churches to fill in a data base of old and new partners totaling sixty thousand. I will be seeking volunteers also to answer the emails we have. With a little more funding we can hire someone in data processing that can do the tasks even faster. I will need help with the glitches in programing so please pray for us. The enemy seems to attack when we attempt to make improvements. This process will take prayer, funding, and patience. |

Words cannot express our appreciation for all who give to the United States Bible Society. Funds given are only a small portion that is invested as thousand of Church Partners provide Bibles daily at their cost. As with any Ministry we have costs to provide our services. I too contribute to this Ministry and receive no personal support for our work. We have grown to the point where we need the Lord to Burden Churches and others to give to meet our financial needs. Thank you for your gifts. |
