Although joining ARP just about a year ago, Pat has been in the plastics industry for over 17 years and has brought his knowledge and passion right along with him!
Pat holds a BS in Marketing from Saint Joseph’s University and an MBA from West Chester University. During his time in the industry, Pat has worked in several account management roles in the PMMA, PC, PVC and PA industries.
Early on in his career, he had the opportunity to manage a customer service team for a major PMMA company. Pat explains, "Looking back 15 years later, it was that job that really provided me with the foundation needed to be successful in sales. That job forced me to be objective, empathetic and to look at every issue from the customer’s perspective. This comes up constantly in sales and is something I fall back on everyday."
Pat continues to describe the current situation, "Despite the pandemic situation that we’re all feeling our way through, the transition to ARP has been a smooth one and it feels great to be back in PVC. I love how things happen fast at ARP. They are very responsive and decisions are made quickly. You never have to explain why a customer’s issue is important to management. It’s genuinely a customer-focused organization. That’s not just a slogan – they really mean it."
Pat and his family live on 19-acre farmette in Lehigh County, PA. Over the years they've raised pastured pork and lamb, as well as free range poultry and eggs. He enjoys fly fishing, hunting, golfing and coaching his kids’ baseball teams.
Thank you for being such a great representative of ARP, Pat!
