M. Virginia Hill
Our family moved here in 1975 to be a part Mr Mitchell's vision. Our children and grandchildren have grown up here and I've earned my Masters Degree here.
I had the opportunity to do a televised oral history interview with Mr. Mitchell in 2009 at his downtown offices.
I originated, booked and supervised the 'Concert in the Park' music series in Nothshore Park for 14 years, where they still take place 33 years later!
I know Grogans Mill Village intimately. We've lived in three different homes here and have walked or biked every street and path.
Living in Grogans Mill, the oldest village, we can set an example to the newer villages of aging gracefully, respecting the old while embracing the new. As an RDRC representative that would be my goal.
I would also like, as a GMVA representative, to find ways to create a closer community in our village
Sara Bissig
Sara has lived in Grogan's Mill for 23 years. She and her husband Jimmy have two daughters that grew up here and continued onto UT and TX State. She has been on the GMVA board since 2009. She is a graduate of Kent State University with degree in Criminal Justice & the owner of small local business - Go Green Eco Taxi.
Sara is active on the Farmer's Market Committee as well as helps lead the Garden Tower Project with the community schools. She is an avid lover of nature and music.

Jody Ronzio
My husband Joe and I have lived in The Woodlands for 20 years. We have raised three daughters who went through the Conroe School District and are graduates of Texas A&M. I taught in CISD for 16 years and retired three years ago. We are now enjoying the season of grand-parenting... and there's a reason they call it "grand". We have 6 beautiful grand babies who spoil us!
I have had the opportunity to serve on GMVA for the past three years. It has been an honor to serve with others that love this village as much as I do. This is a group who works many hours behind the scenes to ensure the beauty, safety, and prosperity of Grogan's Mill.
In the 20 years we have lived in The Woodlands, we have witnessed much change and growth.... always for the good of the community and its residents. I believe that change is healthy...as is perspective and vision. It is my hope as a representative for Grogan's Mill to maintain and promote George Mitchell's vision for this thriving community...live, work, play, and learn.
