LARGO CIVIC ACCESS PORTAL

Introducing Largo Civic Access Portal: City of Largo's All-in-One Permitting and Licensing Solution

The City of Largo is excited to announce the Largo Civic Access Portal (LCAP), a new permitting and licensing software platform to launch this summer. LCAP is designed for homeowners, businesses, contractors, engineers, and architects, offering all applicants a seamless and user-friendly experience.

The City of Largo is committed to enhancing user experience and efficiency by transitioning to a more advanced and intuitive software platform. With LCAP, applying for the following will be faster and easier:

  • Business tax receipts (BTRs)
  • Special event permits
  • Development review approvals, including small-scale and full-scale applications
  • Site plan approvals

Users will also be able to request building and engineering inspections, pre-application and pre-construction meetings with ease.

To support users in transitioning to the new system, the official start date will be announced soon. At go-live for the new system, the City will provide detailed instructions on how to set up an LCAP account. A help center will be set up in the lobby of the Building Division at City Hall to assist users with creating an account in the new system.

Users are encouraged to stay tuned to Largo.com and LargoToday, weekly eNews updates from the City Manager, for instructions on how to set up an LCAP account once the platform is live.
