Element 46 Alum ConConnect Rebrands as

Untapped Solutions

ConConnect, a graduate of Element 46, has rebranded, with the new name of Untapped Solutions. The company was founded with the mission to create a supportive network for the formerly incarcerated. As it grew, founder Andre Peart and his team recognized the vast untapped potential that lies within various communities, including veterans, LGBTQ individuals, people of color, disabled persons, and many other marginalized communities that also face challenges in accessing resources and services they need.

The new name reflects the company's renewed commitment to unlocking these untapped potentials and bridging the gap between these communities and the resources, services, and employment opportunities they need to thrive.

Untapped Solutions is a pioneering technology platform designed to bridge the gap between employers, social enterprises, and untapped communities. They provide a comprehensive suite of tools and services tailored specifically to address the unique needs and challenges of these groups. Their AI-driven CRM, tailored recruitment and retention strategies, networking opportunities, and cutting-edge hubs empower organizations to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and maximize impact.
