White Elephant Sale News

Friday, Aug. 23 & Saturday, Aug. 24, St. James Campus

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED: If you have 10 minutes after a Sunday service, the women who are accepting donations for the WES in the Parish Hall would be DELIGHTED, if you could help them move a box or two. Also needed are helpers to take gathered donations to the Storage Unit. If you have a truck or large SUV and a little spare time to share after the 10am service, they could really use your help.

Donations are now being accepted for the 92nd Annual St. James White Elephant Sale. Bring your donations to the Parish Hall on Sundays from 9:30-11:30 and on all Sundays leading up to the sale. Alternate accommodations may be made by contacting Lorraine Benton (858-243-1158), Jeanne Cicchetto (619-992-3940) or Laura Hargreaves (714-772-1792).

The Core of Your Being

The Rev. Dr. Mark Hargreaves examines St. Paul's traveling ministry, why Corinth's "super apostles" dissed him so much, and how he gets through it. That inner strength, that confidence, purpose, and love at the core of his being can be yours too, and can get you through your life as well.
