Giving Statements

Your 2nd Quarter giving statement for 2024 is now available! If you have given in 2024, you should have gotten an email this week with a link to your giving statement. If you did not get an email, we either do not have your email address or we have not received a donation from you in 2024. In both instances, or if you have questions about your giving statement, please check with Kathleen and we can get you set up!

As an online directory, Realm is a secure way for us all to stay connected. As always, you can log in to Realm at any time to check your giving, update your personal information including your email address, or change your profile pic. Join St. Andrew's on Realm!

Campus Beautification Continues!

The trees have been planted and mulched, the irrigation has been improved and expanded, and now we have a new lawn crew joining us as well. They have already begun trimming back some of the brush on campus and clearing out around buildings and air conditioners.

This summer we will continue working on getting the brass plaques, memorial stones, and brass leaves engraved and installed. We are waiting for the cooler fall months to install more shrubs, bushes, and flowers around campus.

St. Andrew's Helping Others

Stuff the Bus!

Several churches (and a mosque!) in our community collect school supplies during the month of July in order to stuff backpacks to be distributed at the most needy schools in our area. This project makes a big difference in the lives of children in the community that we serve.

So St. Andrew's, let's stuff the bus! This year, they want us each to focus on a particular item. We need 500 sets of NEW safety tip scissors (the ones with rounded tips).

We'll be collecting scissors through Sunday, July 28th.

New Compline Podcast

A new daily prayer podcast has joined Forward Movement’s popular podcasts of morning prayer and evening prayer, thanks to Fr. Wiley Ammons.

Compline is a short, contemplative service that dates back to the 4th Century. A series of bedtime prayers, Compline is a simple office so that it could be said by monks as they laid in their beds in the dark, as to preserve their candles. Now you too can say Compline with folks before bed!

You can find this new podcasts wherever you listen to podcasts, or by visiting The Forward Movement website

News from the National Church

The Rt. Rev. Sean Rowe

Elected as Presiding Bishop

The 81st General Convention of the Episcopal Church has elected The Rt. Rev. Sean Rowe as the next Presiding Bishop, succeeding our beloved Michael Curry. Bishop Rowe's 9 year term will begin in November.

At 49 years old, Bishop Rowe is the youngest Presiding Bishop since the first PB in 1789. He was also the youngest priest ordained in the Episcopal Church at 24, and was the youngest Bishop consecrated at 32.

Bishop Rowe brings a wealth of experience having been a bishop for 17 years (now of 2 diocese, concurrently) and having a Ph.D in Organizational Learning and Development. It is no wonder the House of Bishops elected him on the first ballot, and the House of deputies confirmed him with a vote of 95%.
