The year 2010 has been a key transition year for Prima.
After 10 years of existence, Prima enriched its product offering, historically centered around a software toolset targeting "Buy and Build" oriented insurance organizations, with a complete set of packaged business applications, in order to serve "Buy" oriented insurance organizations:
- Prima Re, which manages ceded reinsurance contracts, was released as a product in September 2010 and as a service in December 2010;
- Prima Insure, a componentized web-based end-to-end policy administration system covering life and non-life products, was acquired in November 2010 through the acquisition of the software vendor Albiran.
This past year was also when the company made its first foray in emerging markets, with two new customers in Morocco and Tunisia. Last but not least the company regained its independence in June when its individual shareholders purchased all the Prima stocks owned by IBM.
The year 2011 starts on a strong footing, with all the right ingredients for robust growth: Prima is ideally positioned as a one-stop shop for insurance software, with a very strong customer base and a unique global presence.
I would like to give a special thanks to all Prima's (including Albiran's) customers, who have been very trustful and without whom such a rapid transition would have not been possible in 2010.

| Prima Solutions Introduces its New Comprehensive Offer at a Breakfast Event in Paris and through a Webinar

Prima Solutions will introduce its new comprehensive offer through a business breakfast event to be held in Paris on January 18th at hotel InterContinental Avenue Marceau Paris and internationally, through a Webinar in February. The exact date will be announced shortly.
The business discussion will revolve around the topic: "Rationalizing and improving your legacy systems to put the client at the heart of the insurance strategy". Herv� Lambert, IT Repositories & Support Systems Manager at Generali France, will be the main speaker. He will explain Generali's methods to unify the client repository and rationalize their legacy
systems using Prima's products.
Hugues Delannoy, Prima Solutions' CEO and Michel Gognau, Albiran's CEO, will talk about the merging of the two companies and will introduce the new offering.

| Prima Solutions Regains its Financial Independence after Buying Back its Stocks from IBM | |
In order to ensure its financial independence, Prima Solutions bought back from IBM the stocks the multinational company held.
In 2007, ILOG acquired 33% of Prima Solutions. IBM gained Prima's stocks following its acquisition of ILOG. Earlier this year, Prima Solutions started negotiating to buy back these stocks. Finally, through the participation of its stockholders, Prima Solutions was able to regain the stocks and ensure its financial independence.
