Dear Friends and Supporters of Noah's Ark
We are pleased to inform you that in April, we have a few programmes lined up to support the animals at the sanctuary.
Helping animals is endless and its through the passion of our volunteers and our community for wanting to help them. Without your support, these animals will not be able to have a safe haven to call home at the sanctuary.
Last month, we received a few cruelty cases, owners giving up their pets due to bad behaviour, owners not wanting to provide their pets with medical aid and two cross chihuhuas were kept in a small cage for months because the children grew tired of the dogs.
Two days ago, we received a call from an army boy wanting to help a dog that was caught by the authorities after his officer made a report that there was a stray dog in the army camp. It was his determination and perserverance for wanting to help the dog. He has built a bond with the dog while he was at the army camp and he could not bear to see her life ended. He named the dog is Sam and she is now receiving treatment at the vet because she was attacked by a pack of stray dogs and she had several punctured wounds on her right hind leg. Sam is now seeking medical treatment under the good hands of our vet Dr Ang and she will be discharged soon.
Thank you for believing in our work and for making it possible for our animal kingdom.
Please stay tune for our next edition of Noah's Ark Barking News.
