MEDA CONFERENCE 2025 - Save the Date

MEET MEDA's NEWEST CLINICIAN!

Shelby received her Bachelor's in Psychology from the University of Arkansas. She went on to earn her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Memphis. She first experienced working with eating disorders during her graduate level training where she worked as a university counselor. This, along with her own lived experiences of disordered eating and caring for a loved one with an eating disorder, inspired her to pursue this work further. Shelby’s approach is collaborative and compassion-focused. She strives to foster an inclusive, affirming space where individuals of all backgrounds can work to build a deeper connection and trust with themselves.
