The Letter of Intent is a
morally binding document communicating your desires and concerns
for your special needs child. It covers vital statistics, your
child's financial picture, details about what works well or not so
well for your child, suggestions about what changes might be needed
for the future, a list of locations of all pertinent documents and
records, and individuals that are important in your child's life.
This document is created for the future caregiver to step directly
into the parent's shoes.

CD. If requested we will meet with you privately for thirty (30)
minutes to discuss and help start the process of completing your
own Letter of Intent. There is a $65.00 charge for
this working seminar. Payment is due upon
registration.
