O's 4 Rs Summer Event Requirements and Responsibilities
Experts will be joining us through out the week to give workshops on The Eating Game; Sensory Processing Disorder; Reconnecting with your partner; as well as many other wonderful topics.
Activity Assistants (AAs) will be in charge of all supervised activities with the children attending O's 4Rs Summer Event. An adult supervisor will also be in attendance during these times. These activities include but are not limited to outdoor activities, game hours and snack time.
Family Assistants (FAs) will be matched with each family attending O's 4Rs Summer Event. They will be a great resource to parents and children alike and will mediate the Rose/Thorn/Bud (RTB) sessions at the end of each day.
Families can be of any dimension. O's 4Rs will be welcoming special needs children with their siblings and parents; as well as adults with special needs along with their caregivers. If you need respite and your family needs a holiday O's 4 Rs is the place for you July 17th-23rd. An initial refundable deposit of $1000 is due on or before April 30th. This deposit along with registration information will help cover the cost of Room and Board for the whole family as well as pay for activities that must be scheduled prior to our arrival at O's 4Rs Summer Event. The remaining $3000 is due on or before June 30th. |
