Welcome to "In the Woods VI". Last year went by so fast! I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday, and the start of a great new year! We've started off the new year with a lot of snow and the lake finally froze over. We sold two lots in the last 3 months, lot 67 and 62. There is a possiblity of up to four homes to be constructed in the Spring! It does appear at least in the real estate market, that things are starting to come around.
