Our 2013 Annual Report is ready. Among last year's highlights, a new dedicated docking assist tug for Cook Inlet, a stronger Ice Camera Network, a completed study on beluga whale prey, and an updated on the Cook Inlet Navigational Risk Assessment, which is nearing completion. Council and Annual Meeting in Kenai

We held our Council and Annual Meeting in Kenai on April 25. In addition to hearing from the U.S. Coast Guard and Tesoro's Alaska team on the Kulluk and operations, respectively, we made important board and committee appointments.
