Worship Services at CPC

In a meeting on April 24, three committees of the Session (Worship, Personnel, and Finance) began a joint conversation about a sensitive and important issue to our congregation: whether we can continue to offer two worship services each Sunday this fall. You will receive a letter in the mail this week on this subject that details how a decision might be made, and how you can contribute to the conversation. Click here to read the letter online.

The Vine's Costa Rica Fundraiser Rummage

The Vine students are already preparing for their 2025 Costa Rica Trip and plan to host a rummage sale from May 16th-18th. If you have items you'd like to donate, they can be brought to the Social Hall and placed in the area marked "Rummage." For help with bigger items, please contact Jen Hibben at jen@cpcames.org and students will arrange to help. Thank you for your support of The Vine!

Shepherds Wanted for Camp Firelight

CPC families and volunteers, VBS is getting closer! Join us the week of June 10-14 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. We need three more shepherds to help take groups of children from activity to activity. Pentecost Offering

Sunday, May 19 is our official day to collect the Pentecost offering, one of the four special PCUSA offerings each year. This offering supports programs for children, youth, and young adults. Forty percent of the offering stays in our local community and helps with the Hope in Christ backpack giveaway in August. To contribute, you can make an online payment or write a check to Collegiate Presbyterian Church noting that it is for the Pentecost offering. 

Sunday Morning Volunteers' Once-A-Month Club

Join the ONCE-A-MONTH club! The Worship Committee encourages you to join the ONCE-A-MONTH club by signing up to usher one time every month. It’s an easy way to meet new people and greet old friends, and a fun way for children to contribute to worship. We’ll send you instructions in advance.  Click here to sign up.
