Altar Guild Ministry Needs You!

  • If you would like to to be a part of the worship service but would prefer to be behind the scenes;
  • If you can wash, dry, and put away dishes, and read a checklist;
  • If you want the camaraderie of a few close friends who will support you in good times and bad;
  • If you want the flexibility of being able to swap with another member when you have a conflict in your schedule;
  • If you want to learn some of the history of Holy Comforter and why we do what we do;
  • If you want to be appreciated beyond all measure;
  • The Altar Guild is for YOU.

We are organized in 4 teams that rotate duties on a weekly basis, gathering for an hour or so Saturday mornings to prepare our worship spaces for the weekend services. We are open to all women and men and teens in the church. Give us a try! We can answer your questions and show you what we do! Contact Lolly Mixter or Sheryl Watson.
