3) If you would like to make payment via phone, we need our authorization form filled out and signed by the card holder. If you would like to have multiple cards to choose from, we need a form for each one.
4) If you have your own homeowners/renters/business/auto insurance, please provide our office with a current declarations page once your policy renews.
5) We do offer pre-pay discounts to save you money!!

6) We also offer autobilling (with signed authorization form) so you can ensure your payment is made on time every month.
7) If your account is current at the end of the month, you are automatically entered in a drawing to win a $25 gift card!!
8) Our tenants receive a 10% retail discount on boxes, mattress/chair covers, tape, bubble wrap, rope and locks!!
9) It's really warming up outside and we have cold bottled water available in our office...so please swing by and grab one if you will be working out in your unit.
10) Another helpful tip: Since Arizona is so hot and dry, place a 5 gallon bucket of water in your unit to provide a slight amount of moisture in the summer.
