Dear Friends,
All Saints! All In!
I look forward to seeing all of you this weekend—for games, pizza, s’mores, music, dancing, and our parish photo!
This Sunday we hear from Jesus that we’ve got to take up our cross and follow him—he wants us to be All In and follow no matter where he leads. Our faith asks—demands!—that we be all in.
But being all in isn’t about will power, it’s about ALL of us being ALL IN together and for one another. In other words, you can only be all in in community.
And one of the ways we can do that is by strengthening our bonds with one another and with God through small groups, which you can sign up for now! See the article below about the structure of small groups, the various types and topics being offered, and how to sign up.
This Sunday marks the third anniversary of my arrival as rector of All Saints, but it didn’t take me three years to realize that this is a church that is always all in, and I’m glad to be all in with you, too.
See you in church!
Faithfully, Suzanne+

SMALL GROUPS AT ALL SAINTS | |
|
Sign Up! October Small Groups are Here! RSVP by September 25.
Refugia at All Saints
At the Annual Meeting, Suzanne talked about All Saints as a refugia, a small place of thriving during a crisis--ecological, political--that can endure and expand to nurture new life around it. Small groups provide a refugia to help us connect to God, one another, and our neighborhood.
And we want EVERYONE to join a small group!
Small groups begin in October and will meet for five weeks, providing time to share where we have recently experienced God's presence, read the Gospel for the upcoming Sunday, and discuss what is real in our lives. Groups will have 6-9 members and meet for 60-90 minutes each week. Some of the groups will have a particular focus, such as an age group or interest. Because small groups require time to develop trust, please plan to attend no fewer than four out of five meetings.
Sign up begins today and ends September 25. Sign up HERE.
Leaders will be in touch to set the time of your first meeting.

Small Groups / Different Model
Men of a Certain Age: Monthly
Are you at a stage in life where you're navigating big changes — an empty nest, career moves, or dealing with aging parents? Join us for a new small group designed for men just like you.
Each month, we'll meet for a casual social event that’s about having fun and building friendships. But it will also be an opportunity to share our experiences, support one another, and explore what it means to live faithfully in this season of life.
This isn’t a Bible study—it’s about real-life conversations over good food, good company, and topics that matter to you, Some topics we're considering:
- Rediscovering your passions
- Exploring a new phase of your career
- Staying healthy in middle age
- Rekindling your relationship with your spouse
- Navigating the challenge of aging parents
- Preparing for retirement with purpose
So how old is a "man of a certain age"? Frankly, it doesn't matter. If these themes are interesting, and you're looking for support, friendship, and space to have a little fun, you’re welcome here.
