Mbuzi Choma
Marinated fire grilled goat meat, tossed with caramelized onions, cilantro and herbs. Served with Kachumbari, collard greens and Ugali.
Cardamon Chicken
Marinated chicken with herbs. Saut�ed with cardamom pods, ginger, garlic, and light cream, and cilantro. Served with saut�ed cabbage and basmati rice.
Shrimp Masala
Jumbo shrimp saut�ed in mild curry, fresh tomatoes, garlic, onions, and coconut milk. Served over basmati rice.
Mchicha
Fresh baby spinach, saut�ed with garlic, fresh tomatoes, and onions. Served with Ugali.
Veggie Masala
Green peas, carrots, and Potatos, saut�ed in vegetable masala spice. Served over rice, or with chapati.
