ALF Announces Leadership Elections & Appointments |
|
Atlantic Legal Foundation Chairman & President Hayward Dan Fisk is pleased to announce recent additions and changes to our leadership team.
• Marco Q. Rossi, founder and principal, Marco Q. Rossi & Associati, PLLC, has been elected Treasurer, and will continue to serve as a Director.
• Mark D. Nielsen, Executive Vice President and Chief Legal & Regulatory Officer, Frontier Communications, has been elected Assistant Treasurer, and will continue to serve as a Director.
• Hannah S. Marcley, ALF's Assistant General Counsel, has been elected Assistant Secretary.
• Greg Baumann, Vice President of Global & Regulatory Services, Nisus Corporation, has been elected to ALF's Board of Directors after serving on ALF's Advisory Council.
• Donald J. Kochan, Professor of Law & Executive Director, Law and Economics Center, Antonin Scalia Law School, George Mason University, has been appointed to ALF's Advisory Council.
"ALF Executive Vice President & General Counsel Larry Ebner and I are proud to be supported by each of these talented and committed professionals, as well as by the other Board and Advisory Council members, Officers, staff and key consultants, and most especially our financial supporters, who are so critical to our continuing operations," said Chairman Fisk.
"ALF has ascended to the ranks of a small number of national nonprofit organizations that help shape and protect the rule of law by consistently filing the highest quality amicus curiae briefs in the Supreme Court, federal courts of appeals, and state appellate courts. We are best known as advocates for keeping junk science out of courtrooms. ALF also long has been a steadfast advocate for free enterprise, limited and responsible government, protection of individual liberty and property rights, and effective education, including parental rights and school choice," Fisk said.
