As summarized in the Annual Report's In The Courts section, ALF's advocacy during 2022 and the first half of 2023 has included filing 25 persuasive amicus briefs in the Supreme Court and federal courts of appeals in cases encompassing all six of its mission areas: individual liberty, free enterprise, property rights, limited & responsible government, sound science in judicial & regulatory proceedings, and effective education, including parental rights and school choice.
The Annual Report also highlights the 19 distinguished professionals that have been elected or appointed to its leadership team from 2021 into early 2023. They include 12 new Directors, 6 Advisory Council Members, and a new Officer.
